So to encourage all to participate in a small daily dose of meditation, or even just a time to be quiet and relax, we have started a daily podcast, the Joyous10.
Its simply 10 minutes of blissful music where the listeners can sit or lie down in a relaxed state, breathe slowly and just let the sounds wash over you. you can close your eyes if you want to, or even just take the time to re-hydrate and not speak or think of the daily stresses.
