Theta healing is a form of meditation that takes the brain into a state of intuitive relaxation and means the brain waves are slowed to a theta vibration.

Practitioners will generally sit opposite the patient to meditate, either in person or via web call so that they can read the read the subjects energies and gently guide them into a theta state to then release negative thought patterns or experiences while in a safe environment.

The technique, developed by Vianna Stibal, trains certified practitioners to read emotional cues and use intuition and guiding questions so that the patient feels relaxed and safe.
